Job Role & Responsibilities

Biodeal Pharma currently has openings across multiple departments. Here’s a detailed overview of available positions and core functions:

1. Quality Control (QC)

• Officer – Microbiology (1 Position)
  Responsible for microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, and environmental monitoring. Must have experience in microbial limit testing, sterility, and endotoxin testing.
• Officer / Sr. Officer – QC HPLC (4 Positions)
  Expertise in HPLC, GC, UV spectrophotometry, and analytical method validation. Responsible for in-process and stability testing in compliance with cGMP standards.

2. Production Department

• Production Head (1 Position)
  Oversee end-to-end production operations. Ensure compliance with SOPs, optimize output, and manage team performance.
• Officer – Tablets / Capsules (1 Position)
  Handle compression, coating, and encapsulation processes per approved batch records. Ensure in-process quality checks and documentation.
• Blister Helper – Packing (1 Position)
  Assist in blister packing, line clearance, and labeling activities. Maintain cleanroom practices.
• Operator – Filling (Nasal) (1 Position)
  Operate and maintain nasal filling machines. Ensure sterile environment and product quality.
• Asst. Technician – Washing (Tab/Caps) (2 Positions)
  Responsible for cleaning, washing, and sterilization of production equipment as per SOPs.

3. Engineering Department

• SS Welder – Welding Section (1 Position)
  Perform SS fabrication and welding work for plant maintenance. Maintain safety standards and support preventive maintenance.

4. Research & Development (R&D)

• Manager – F&D (1 Position)
  Lead formulation development for solid dosage, ophthalmic, or nasal products. Manage product scale-up and tech transfer to manufacturing.
• Officer / Executive – Formulation (Ophthalmic) (3 Positions)
  Conduct formulation trials, documentation, and process validation for ophthalmic products. Collaborate with analytical R&D for stability studies.

5. Logistics Department

• Sr. Manager – Logistics (1 Position)
  Handle supply chain operations, vendor management, and dispatch scheduling. Ensure timely material movement and stock accuracy.

6. PPIC Department

• Officer / Sr. Officer – PPIC (1 Position)
  Responsible for production planning, material coordination, and scheduling in line with demand and capacity.
