Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Bulk Manufacturing (Drug Substance/Antigens)

Designations: Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: MSc. (Life Sciences), B Pharm, Diploma

• Ensure compliance with cGMP in upstream and downstream processes.
• Execute production activities for antigens, fermentation, and injectables.
• Documentation and adherence to regulatory norms.

Production – Formulations (Injectables)

Designations: Sr. Executive / Executive / Sr. Officer / Officer
Qualification: B Pharm / Diploma / BSc

• Blending, filling, packing, and labelling of injectable formulations.
• Operation of automatic filling, vial sealing, blister packing, and labelling machines.
• Adherence to SOPs and batch documentation.

Engineering (Biologics/Injectables)

Designations: Sr. Executive / Executive / Officer
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation)

• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of process equipment.
• Hands-on experience in autoclaves, washing tunnels, HVAC, lyophilizers, and utility systems.
• Troubleshooting, calibration, and SCADA system handling.

Quality Control (Biologics/Vaccines)

Designations: Sr. Executive / Executive
Qualification: MSc. (Chemistry, Microbiology, Life Sciences)

• Expertise in biochemical assays, stability testing, and microbiological analysis.
• Operation of HPLC, GC, and UV spectrophotometers.
• Documentation as per GLP and regulatory requirements.

Quality Assurance – In-Process / QMS

Designations: Asst. Manager / Sr. Executive / Executive
Qualification: B Pharm / M.Pharm

• Review of deviations, CAPA, OOS/OOT investigations.
• Change control and regulatory compliance management.
• Preparation and review of SOPs and quality risk assessments.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Education: MSc. (Life Sciences, Chemistry, Microbiology), B Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech, Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation).
• Experience: 0–10 years depending on department and designation.
