Quality Assurance (IPQA)

Designation: Executive / Senior Executive

Qualification: B Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc

Experience: 3–9 years

Location: Shamirpet, Hyderabad

Department: Injectables – In-Process Quality Assurance

Key Skills: Compliance checks, documentation review, line clearance, audits.

Production (Injectables – Lyo, Filling, Autoclave, Compounding)

1. Officer / Senior Officer

Qualification: Diploma / BSc

Experience: 2–6 years

Roles: Filling, Autoclave, Compounding, Lyophilization

2. Executive / Senior Executive

Qualification: M.Pharm / B Pharm / MSc

Experience: 2–10 years

Roles: Same as above, with additional responsibilities in batch documentation, deviation handling.

Quality Control (Injectables)

Designation: Executive

Qualification: B Pharm / MSc

Experience: 3–6 years

Role: RM, FG, Stability sample analysis

Skills: HPLC, GC, analytical testing of sterile dosage forms.

Microbiology (Injectables)

Designation: Executive

Qualification: MSc in Microbiology / Biotechnology

Experience: 3–6 years

Key Responsibilities: Environmental monitoring, microbiological testing, sterility assurance, MLT, BET.

Engineering (Injectable Plant)

Designation: Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech

Experience: 3–8 years

Key Areas:

HVAC & Utilities

BMS (Building Management Systems)

Process Instrumentation

Water System Maintenance

Desired Traits: Strong preventive maintenance knowledge, cleanroom operations, troubleshooting.
