Job Role & Responsibilities
Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) – Officer to Executive
- Conduct hands-on analysis using HPLC/UPLC and dissolution testing.
- Ensure compliance with ICH, USP, and other international guidelines.
- Troubleshoot analytical challenges and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support method development, validation, and transfer.
Formulation & Development (FND) – Officer to Executive
- Develop formulations for tablets, capsules, and OSD forms.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies and excipient compatibility testing.
- Execute lab-scale, pilot-scale, and scale-up batches.
- Support technology transfer and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Background:
- ADL: B Pharm, M.Pharm, MSc (Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Analytical Chemistry).
- FND: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Technology).
- Experience: 2 to 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Skills Required:
- Expertise in analytical techniques (HPLC/UPLC, dissolution).
- Strong knowledge of ICH, USP, and regulatory guidelines.
- OSD formulation development and scale-up experience.
- Documentation, troubleshooting, and teamwork skills.
