Job Role & Responsibilities

Production Department:

• Execute production operations adhering to cGMP standards.
• Monitor batch production and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain production documentation and quality checks.
• Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams for process optimization.

EHS Department:

• Implement and monitor environmental, health, and safety protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industrial safety norms.
• Coordinate safety training and emergency preparedness.

Warehouse Department:

• Manage inventory, storage, and dispatch of APIs.
• Maintain warehouse records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Supervise warehouse staff and streamline logistics operations.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Production: B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharm/Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.E/B.Tech/M.Sc in Chemical/Pharma Engineering.

EHS: B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry/Environment) or Diploma/B.Tech in Safety/Environmental Engineering; ITI/Diploma in Industrial Safety; B.E/M.Tech/M.Sc with Diploma in Industrial Safety for senior roles.

Warehouse: Graduate/PG in Science/Commerce/Pharma; B.Sc/B.Com/B.Pharm/MBA; 10/12/ITI for operator positions.

Experience: 2–18 years depending on role and department.
