Job Role & Responsibilities

Biophore is hiring freshers for the following R&D-focused positions:

Intellectual Property Management (IPM) – Trainee

Qualification: M.Sc (Organic Chemistry), M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry)

Experience: 0–1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting intellectual property documentation and patent-related activities
• Assisting in prior art searches and literature reviews
• Coordinating with R&D teams for data compilation
• Maintaining IP-related records and compliance documentation
• Developing an understanding of global patent regulations and filing processes

Analytical Research & Development (AR&D) – Trainee

Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry, M.Pharm (Analysis)

Experience: 0–1 year

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in analytical method development and method validation activities
• Performing routine analysis under supervision
• Handling analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, IR, and UV
• Supporting documentation as per GLP and GMP requirements
• Learning stability testing and data reporting practices

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational background: M.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Organic Chemistry, M.Pharm Pharmaceutical Chemistry, M.Pharm Analysis
• Strong academic foundation and interest in pharmaceutical R&D
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to learn regulated laboratory practices
