Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Control – Trainee (Freshers)
- Support QC testing for raw materials, finished products and stability samples.
- Assist with basic laboratory activities under supervision.
- Learn QC documentation, SOP compliance and GMP requirements.
Quality Control – Officer / Sr. Officer (3–5 Years)
- Perform analytical testing using instruments such as HPLC, UV, Dissolution, KF, IR and GC.
- Execute routine and non-routine analysis in line with cGMP.
- Handle documentation, LIMS entry and deviation reporting.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory audit standards.
Quality Assurance – Officer / Sr. Officer (4–6 Years)
- Manage QMS activities including Change Control, Deviation, CAPA and Market Complaint investigation.
- Prepare and review GMP documentation.
- Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.
Quality Assurance – Executive (4–6 Years)
- Lead validation and qualification activities.
- Prepare validation protocols and reports.
- Oversee equipment qualification, utility validation and process validation.
- Support documentation aligned with regulatory guidelines.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education:
- B.Sc, M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry
- B.Pharm, M.Pharm (for QA roles)
Relevant education streams include: B.Sc Chemistry, B.Sc Microbiology, B.Sc Biotechnology, B.Sc Biochemistry, M.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Analytical Chemistry, B.Pharm, M.Pharm.
Experience Required:
- QC Trainee: Fresher
- QC Officer/Sr. Officer: 3–5 years in analytical testing with QC instruments
- QA Officer/Sr. Officer: 4–6 years in QMS functions (Change Control, Deviation, CAPA, Market Complaints)
- QA Executive: 4–6 years in Validation & Qualification activities
