Key Responsibilities
Hands-On Technical Exposure:
- Plan, execute, and manage development, scale-up, and exhibit batches aligned with project timelines.
- Maintain project trackers to ensure on-time execution of critical project milestones.
Process Optimization and Support:
- Optimize formulation process parameters for physical and chemical stability during different F&D phases.
- Conduct on-site demonstrations, support exhibit batches, and assist in smooth technology transfers.
Problem-Solving and Innovation:
- Address challenges during scale-up or commercial production.
- Suggest batch size modifications or formula tweaks for better production outcomes.
Educational Qualifications & Experience
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B Pharm / M.Pharm)
Preferred Experience:
- 3 to 6 years in Technical Services, R&D, or Formulation Development
Courses covered under this education background:
- Pharmaceutics
- Industrial Pharmacy
- Pharmaceutical Technology
- Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- Drug Regulatory Affairs
