Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Site Contract Specialist, you will play a key role in clinical trial start-up activities by managing site contracts and investigator budgets. This position requires strong coordination with internal teams and external research sites to ensure timely and compliant contract execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial site contracts using approved templates
- Manage investigator budgets and ensure alignment with study requirements
- Collaborate with clinical operations, legal, finance, and external research sites
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of contract documentation
- Support timely clinical trial start-up and execution processes
- Identify and resolve routine contract-related issues and escalate complex cases
- Track operational metrics such as cycle time, quality, and compliance
- Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives
- Maintain documentation in contract management and clinical systems
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant Courses:
B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, Pharm.D, BSc Life Sciences, MSc Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research, Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare Management
Experience:
- Experience in clinical trial contracting, clinical operations, or pharmaceutical research environment
- Exposure to site contracts, investigator grants, or budget negotiations is preferred
