Job Role & Responsibilities

Medical Representatives (Field Officers) will be responsible for:

• Promoting Neuro/CNS products to physicians, neurologists, psychiatrists, and key healthcare providers.
• Achieving monthly prescription targets through ethical medical communication.
• Conducting regular doctor visits, chemist visits, and maintaining territory coverage.
• Implementing marketing strategies and ensuring visibility of brand value.
• Managing territory planning, reporting, and competitor analysis.
• Building long-term scientific relationships with doctors and influencers.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm
• Minimum 6 months of experience in the Neuro/CNS segment is mandatory
• Strong communication, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
