Job Role & Responsibilities
Freshers joining as Apprentices gain hands-on exposure to production, engineering and packing workflows under the supervision of trained professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day activities in OSD, Injection, Packing and Stores.
- Assist in machine operations, line clearance, material handling and batch documentation.
- Learn equipment basics in engineering functions (Mechanical/Utilities).
- Maintain hygiene, safety and compliance under GMP/GLP standards.
- Support supervisors in production planning, inventory and routine checks.
- Understand packing line operations, blister/cartonator processes and documentation.
These responsibilities provide foundational experience needed to build a technical career in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
- ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharm, B.Com, B.E, B.Tech (Mechanical)
Relevant Courses (comma-separated): Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Analytical Sciences, Commerce, Production Technology.
Experience
- Freshers only (0 years).
Note: Male candidates preferred as per job requirement.

Work Location: Cadila Pharmaceuticals, Dholka Plant (Gujarat).
