Job Role & Responsibilities

Production (Injectables)

Positions: TA / STA / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive

Responsibilities include:

• Operating and monitoring sterile manufacturing equipment for injectable formulations.
• Managing aseptic area activities under strict cleanroom and GMP guidelines.
• Performing batch preparation, filtration, filling, sealing and inspection processes.
• Ensuring adherence to SOPs, GMP documentation and regulatory expectations.
• Supporting media fills, validation batches and routine production schedules.
• Coordinating with quality and engineering teams for smooth line operations.

Engineering (Injectables)

Positions: TA / STA / Officer / Sr. Officer / Executive

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and troubleshooting equipment used in injectable production lines.
• Handling utilities, sterilizers, HVAC systems, purified water systems and critical engineering assets.
• Supporting preventive maintenance, breakdown management and calibration requirements.
• Ensuring equipment readiness and compliance with audit and validation requirements.
• Coordinating with production for equipment availability during batch operations.

Both departments require strong understanding of sterile manufacturing, regulatory standards and quality-focused execution.
