Job Role & Responsibilities

Cadila Pharmaceuticals is expanding its Parenteral Production Team at the Dholka manufacturing site. Candidates with relevant Pharma Parenteral experience are encouraged to apply for the following openings:

 Ampoule Filling Operator – Injection (Parenteral)

• Operate and maintain ampoule filling and sealing machines.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP, and quality guidelines during production.
• Perform in-process quality checks, maintain batch documentation, and follow safety protocols.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for seamless operations.

 Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager – Production QMS (Injectable)

• Manage and execute daily operations in Production QMS within the Injectable Division.
• Handle change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and batch manufacturing records.
• Support internal and external audits (e.g., USFDA, MHRA, WHO-GMP).
• Drive process optimization, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and corporate quality standards.

Eligibility / Qualifications

For Ampoule Filling Operator

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant specialization)
• Experience: 2–6 years
• Requirement: Must have prior Pharma Parenteral / Injectable experience

For Executive / Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (QMS)

• Qualification: B.Pharm
• Experience: 3–6 years
• Requirement: Pharma Parenteral experience is mandatory

Preferred Education Backgrounds: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, D.Pharm, Industrial Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences
