Job Role & Responsibilities
The selected Research Associate will work in the R&D API Synthesis team and contribute to laboratory‑scale research and development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform synthetic reactions for API intermediates and final APIs under guidance
- Execute laboratory experiments as per approved protocols and research plans
- Maintain accurate experimental records, lab notebooks, and development reports
- Support route scouting, reaction optimization, and impurity control activities
- Assist in scale‑up studies and technology transfer documentation
- Follow cGMP, GLP, and laboratory safety practices
