The Regional Ayurveda Research Institute (RARI), Gwalior, operating under the Central Council for Research in Ayurvedic Sciences (CCRAS), Ministry of AYUSH, is inviting applications for the Junior Research Fellow (JRF – Chemistry) position. Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification:

• Postgraduate degree in Chemistry or M. Pharm. (Pharmaceutical Chemistry) from a recognized institution.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Higher qualification in relevant subjects.

• Research experience in projects funded by AYUSH, ICMR, CSIR, DST or equivalent.

• Hands-on skills in using instruments like HPTLC, HPLC, LC-MS/MS.

• Experience in scientific writing, data handling, and publications in peer-reviewed journals.

• Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation.

Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as on 01/01/2025 (Age relaxation applicable as per government norms).

💰 Salary

• ₹37,000 per month + HRA (as per norms)

Project Overview

The selected JRF will contribute to the IMR collaborative project titled:
“Comprehensive phytochemical profiling of selected Medicinal Plants used in Ayurveda formulations: Employing biomedical approaches for determining the Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease therapeutics in in-vitro setup.”
