Department: Medical Coding
Designation: Medical Coder / Sr. Medical Coder
Locations: Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida
Job Mode: Office-based initially; WFH available after probation
Experience Required: 1+ year in E/M coding

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately code E/M Out-Patient (OP) and In-Patient (IP) cases according to standardized coding guidelines.

• Ensure compliance with medical coding regulations and documentation standards.

• Collaborate with QA teams to resolve coding discrepancies.
