Job Role & Responsibilities
Chiron Behring is hiring across Vaccine Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Visual Inspection & Packaging departments. Roles are offered at Trainee, Junior Executive, and Executive levels based on experience and qualification.
Drug Product Manufacturing – Sterile Formulation
Designation: Trainee / Junior Executive / Executive
Experience: 0 to 6 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Sterile formulation, compounding, and blending operations
- Autoclave operation and aseptic processing
- Filling, sealing, and lyophilization of sterile products
- Operation of C-RABS, O-RABS, and isolator systems
- Filling of vials, BFS, and pre-filled syringes
- Vial washing, sealing, and batch manufacturing activities
- Maintain BMR, BPR, and GMP documentation
- Follow cGMP, safety, and aseptic guidelines strictly
- Knowledge of PLC, HMI, and automation operations
Quality Assurance
Designation: Junior Executive / Executive
Experience: 2 to 7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- In-process quality assurance (IPQA) activities
- Implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems
- Validation and qualification documentation
- Support regulatory affairs and audit readiness
- Review batch records and compliance documentation
- Ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory requirements
Visual Inspection & Packaging
Eligibility: Freshers Only (Preferably Female Candidates)
Key Responsibilities:
- Visual inspection of vials, ampoules, and syringes
- Identify defects and inconsistencies as per SOPs
- Perform primary and secondary packaging activities
- Accurate weighing, sealing, labeling, and packing
- Document inspection and packaging activities
- Maintain quality and compliance records
