Job Role & Responsibilities
Role: Apprentice – Manufacturing / Production
Department: Manufacturing / Production (Sterile / OSD / Aerosol)
Qualification: Diploma Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Electronics or related fields
Location: Goa Site (Verna Industrial Estate)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in production operations across Sterile, OSD, and Aerosol units under supervision.
- Operate and maintain production equipment in compliance with cGMP and safety standards.
- Support batch documentation, in-process checks, and quality assurance activities.
- Participate in preventive maintenance and calibration of manufacturing machinery.
- Coordinate with engineering and QA teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Learn and implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronics).
- Candidates with similar technical backgrounds will also be considered.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Residents of Goa are preferred.
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Relevant Courses (comma-separated): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Production Technology, Pharmaceutical Engineering.
