Job Role & Responsibilities

Production / Packing Operator (Sterile / OSD / Nasal / MDI)

Selected candidates will be onboarded as Apprentice or Trainee Operators (on-roll) and trained across pharmaceutical manufacturing and packing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating production and packing equipment in sterile and non-sterile areas
• Supporting manufacturing of OSD, nasal sprays, injectables, and MDI products
• Following cGMP, safety, and data integrity guidelines
• Performing routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
• Maintaining batch manufacturing and packing documentation
• Ensuring housekeeping and compliance in assigned production areas
• Working collaboratively with production, quality, and engineering teams

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation

Experience Criteria

• Freshers to candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience
• Candidates with prior exposure to pharmaceutical manufacturing will have an added advantage
