Job Role & Responsibilities

Ciron is hiring across Production (Liquid Oral, External/Ointment), Packing, Sachet Filling, QMS, and Engineering. Roles range from trainee/officer to senior operators and heads. Key responsibilities by department are listed below.

Production – Liquid Oral & External (Ointment & Cream)

• Operate filling, formulation, and manufacturing equipment for liquid or topical products.
• Prepare and check batch records, follow SOPs, and maintain GMP discipline.
• Monitor process parameters, assist in scale-up and media preparation where applicable.
• Support line changeovers, in-process checks, and basic troubleshooting.

Packing & Filling

• Execute filling (bottles, sachets, tubes) and packing operations with accuracy and speed.
• Supervise packing lines, ensure correct labeling, batch traceability and packaging integrity.
• Maintain packing equipment, report defects, and support packing head for daily targets.

QMS & Sachet Filling Operators

• Adhere to quality management system policies, assist in batch documentation and discrepancy handling.
• Operate sachet filling machines and perform routine checks for seal integrity and fill accuracy.

Engineering & Utilities (ETP, RO, HVAC, Electrical, Fitting)

• Operate and maintain ETP and RO systems, HVAC units, and other utility equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot faults, and support calibration and validation activities.
• Work with engineering leadership to ensure uptime and regulatory compliance of utilities.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Qualifications: ITI, HSC + ITI, Diploma (RAC), B.Sc, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Tech (where applicable), or equivalent.
