Job Role & Responsibilities
Positions: Basic Medical Coding / Advanced Medical Coding — Non-Certified Freshers

Shift: Night Shift (US process)
Work Mode: Work From Office — Chennai
Responsibilities:
- Review clinical documentation and assign appropriate ICD-10-CM codes based on training.
- Learn and apply coding guidelines under supervision.
- Maintain coding accuracy and meet productivity targets.
- Work with leads and QA teams to understand errors, corrections, and code updates.
- Follow HIPAA and data security requirements.
- Support daily workflow, maintain status trackers, and participate in client updates when required.
This is a structured fresher role where coding skills will be developed through intensive training and on-the-job practice.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: Life Science graduates only (B.Sc Life Sciences, B.Sc Biotechnology, B.Sc Microbiology, B.Sc Anatomy & Physiology, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc Nursing, Allied Health Sciences).
- Experience: Freshers (no certification required).
- Skills Needed: Strong comprehension ability, willingness to learn medical terminology and coding, attention to detail, readiness for night shifts.
