Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Clinical Trial Associate, you will support clinical research teams across multiple stages of clinical trials, from study start-up to closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers and CRAs in maintaining clinical trial systems and tracking site performance
- Prepare, handle, and archive clinical documentation as per SOPs
- Review study files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Track Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries, and clinical data flow
- Process data collection forms and perform quality checks
- Support audit preparation and quality management system documentation
- Provide administrative support to clinical operations teams
- Maintain study documentation including trial master files and reports
- Assist in investigator payment coordination and project presentations
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Background:
B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, BSc, MSc (Life Sciences, Clinical Research, Biotechnology, Microbiology)
Experience Required:
- 2–3 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trial operations
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of clinical research processes and GCP guidelines
- Knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
