Department & Role
Production Department
- Designation: Senior Officer / Executive – Compression
- Department: Production (Formulation Unit)
- Educational Qualification: B Pharm or M.Pharm
- Experience Required: Relevant hands-on experience in tablet compression operations
- Facility: EU-GMP certified formulation manufacturing plant
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor tablet compression machines (Cadmach, Fette, etc.)
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently met
- Maintain GMP documentation and follow SOPs
- Participate in audits and batch record reviews
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and Maintenance teams for smooth operation
Skills & Competencies Required
- Strong understanding of tablet compression techniques
- Knowledge of cGMP and EU-GMP documentation standards
- Experience with regulatory audits and manufacturing protocols
- Effective team coordination and communication skills
