Job Role: Certified Medical Coder (Denials / EM IP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical records for denial and inpatient E/M coding accuracy
• Ensure compliance with federal coding regulations and guidelines
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve coding-related denials
• Utilize medical coding software and electronic health record systems

Eligibility Criteria

• Certification: Must have valid AAPC or AHIMA certification (mandatory)
• Experience: 1 to 9 years in medical coding, preferably in Denials or EM IP specialties
• Location: Noida (Work from Office)
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 1-month preferred
