Job Role: Quality Analyst – HCC Coding

Job Responsibilities

• Perform QA reviews for HCC (Hierarchical Condition Categories) coding assignments
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with prospective, concurrent, and retrospective coding guidelines
• Deliver high-quality risk adjustment outcomes aligned with CMS standards
• Coordinate with internal teams to enhance coding efficiency and minimize errors

Qualifications & Requirements

• Educational Qualification: BSc in Life Sciences or equivalent
• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience in HCC risk adjustment coding
• Hands-on exposure to Prospective, Concurrent, and Retrospective coding models
• Proficiency in medical coding tools and documentation standards
