Job Role & Responsibilities

Jr. Officer / Officer / Sr. Officer – Production (API)

Experience: 1–7 years

Key responsibilities:

• Execute API manufacturing activities including charging, reaction monitoring, filtration and drying.
• Operate and monitor equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers and utilities.
• Maintain batch production records with accuracy and ensure data integrity.
• Follow SOPs and safety protocols during chemical handling.
• Coordinate with QA, maintenance and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Support in-process checks and troubleshoot deviations during batch activities.
• Participate in housekeeping, equipment cleaning and shift-wise documentation.

Preferred skills:

• Understanding of API processes and cGMP.
• Ability to follow controlled documents and maintain compliance.
• Experience with batch manufacturing in chemical/pharma.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required education:

• B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry, Diploma Chemical Engineering, B.Tech Chemical (preferred for API operations)

Relevant courses (comma-separated): B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Organic Chemistry, Diploma Chemical Engineering, B.Tech Chemical Engineering, PG Diploma in Industrial Safety, Certificate in API Manufacturing, B.Sc Industrial Chemistry

Experience: 1–7 years in API/Bulk Drug Production.

Salary Range: 3–6 LPA depending on experience and role (Jr Officer to Sr Officer)
