Key Responsibilities of CRA I at ICON

Clinical Trial Oversight

• Independently manage and monitor clinical trial activities
• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines and company SOPs
• Conduct feasibility studies and site selection

Site Management

• Maintain study documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Develop collaborative relationships with clinical investigators and site staff
• Respond to and resolve site queries effectively

Data Management

• Review medical data, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy
• Track study progress and cost efficiency

Candidates must be willing to travel (up to 60%) and should hold a valid driver’s license.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background

• Degree in Science, Pharma, or Medical discipline
• Understanding of ICH-GCP and ethical practices in clinical trials

Experience

• Fresh graduates or professionals with clinical research exposure
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

Skill Set

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
