Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance – Officer / Executive / Assistant Manager

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
Experience: 3–10 years (Pharmaceutical Formulation)

Responsibilities:

• Review and control of QMS activities including change control, deviations, CAPA and audit readiness.
• Ensure GMP and GDP compliance across departments.
• Oversee batch documentation, product release records and quality oversight of manufacturing.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Monitor training compliance and contribute to SOP revisions.

2. Quality Control – Officer / Executive

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
Experience: 1–5 years (Pharmaceutical Formulation)

Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis of raw materials, finished products and stability samples.
• Operate HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution and other analytical instruments.
• Maintain laboratory documentation as per GLP and data integrity requirements.
• Support OOS/OOT investigations and instrument calibrations.

3. Engineering – Executive / Senior Executive

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical or Electrical)
Experience: 5–10 years (Pharma Formulation)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance for formulation equipment.
• Maintain utilities (HVAC, compressed air, water systems) and ensure compliance.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and support qualification/validation activities.
• Coordinate with QA for engineering documentation and audit‑related requirements.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Education accepted: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, Diploma Mechanical/Electrical, B.E. Mechanical/Electrical, B.Tech Mechanical/Electrical

Relevant courses (comma‑separated): B.Pharm, M.Pharm Pharmaceutics, M.Sc Chemistry, B.Sc Chemistry, Diploma Mechanical, Diploma Electrical, B.Tech Mechanical, B.Tech Electrical, HPLC Certification, GMP Training Course

Experience range: 1–10 years depending on the role.
