Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Formulation (OSD & External Preparations)

• Manage and oversee oral solid dosage (OSD) manufacturing processes
• Handle granulation, compression, coating, and external formulation operations
• Ensure batch manufacturing compliance with GMP and SOPs
• Lead production teams and manage manpower (for senior roles)

Quality Control (QC)

• Perform analytical testing and quality evaluation of pharmaceutical products
• Handle instruments such as HPLC and other analytical equipment
• Maintain laboratory documentation and compliance records

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Ensure GMP compliance across manufacturing processes
• Handle deviation, CAPA, change control, and documentation review
• Conduct internal audits and support regulatory inspections

Microbiology

• Conduct microbiological testing and environmental monitoring
• Maintain sterility assurance and contamination control practices
• Ensure compliance with microbiology lab standards

Regulatory Affairs (RA)

• Prepare and review regulatory submissions and documentation
• Ensure compliance with national and international regulatory guidelines

Store / Warehouse

• Manage inventory, material receipt, and dispatch operations
• Handle SAP, QMS, and documentation systems

Engineering

• Maintain plant equipment and perform preventive maintenance
• Handle electrical systems and ensure operational efficiency

Human Resources (HR & Admin)

• Manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
• Handle administrative functions and organizational processes

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology), BE/B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical), MBA (HR)

Experience Required:

• Production Head: 15–20 years
• Assistant Manager (Production): 10–12 years
• QC Officer: 3–5 years
• QA Executive/AM: 5–10 years
• Microbiology Manager: 6–8 years
• RA Officer: 3–5 years
• Warehouse: 4–10 years
• Engineering: 1–2 years
• HR/Admin: 4–10 years

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality systems
• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments and documentation
• Leadership and team management skills (for senior roles)
