Job Role & Responsibilities
Synthesis R&D (Trainee Chemist / Sr. Chemist / JRA)
- Qualification: MSc Organic or Medicinal Chemistry.
- Experience: 0–5 years.
- Positions: Multiple (10).
- Key tasks: Execute multi-step organic syntheses from gram to multi-gram scale; perform reaction optimization, purification, and characterization; maintain lab notebooks and GLP-compliant documentation; participate in scale-up and technology transfer discussions; support impurity profiling and synthetic route selection.
Pharma Standard – QC (Sr. Chemist / JRA)
- Qualification: MSc Chemistry or B.Pharm.
- Experience: 1–3 years.
- Positions: 3.
- Key tasks: Conduct HPLC/UPLC, IR analyses; perform method verification and routine FG testing; support OOS/OOT investigations; maintain QMS records and adhere to GMP and data integrity guidelines.
Pharma Standard – Inventory (Trainee / Jr. Officer)
- Qualification: B.Sc Chemistry (preferred), B.Com, BBM.
- Experience: 0–2 years.
- Positions: 3.
- Key tasks: Manage warehouse operations, stock control, material dispatch, and inventory reconciliation; follow FIFO/FEFO and regulatory storage norms; maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with procurement and production.
Pharma Standard – Analytical Development (Trainee Chemist / Sr. Chemist / JRA)
- Qualification: MSc Organic or Analytical Chemistry.
- Experience: 0–4 years.
- Positions: 3.
- Key tasks: Work on prep-HPLC, LC–MS, SFC, analytical method development (AMD), method validation and transfer; prepare validation protocols and reports; support stability and regulatory documentation.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- MSc in Organic, Medicinal, or Analytical Chemistry (role-specific); B.Pharm for some QC roles; B.Sc/B.Com/BBM for inventory roles.
- Experience ranges from freshers (0 years) to 5 years depending on role.
- Strong laboratory discipline, ability to follow SOPs, and good documentation practices (GLP/GMP).
- Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC/LC–MS/SFC and multi-step synthesis is advantageous for R&D and AD roles.
