Senior Chemist / Junior Research Associate
Experience:
2 to 3 Years
Education:
Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory techniques including cell culture, ELISA, and other bioanalytical methods.
- Lead and assist in method development, validation, and execution of complex bioassays.
- Ensure strict adherence to cGMP / GLP quality systems.
- Work in compliance with international regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH, OECD).
- Maintain detailed documentation and prepare scientific reports.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong foundation in bioassay design and execution.
- Familiar with analytical techniques in protein/biologics evaluation.
- Experience working in regulated lab settings.
- Good documentation, communication, and teamwork skills.
