Job Role & Responsibilities

Officer – Quality Assurance (QA)

• Implementation and review of GMP documentation
• Handling deviations, change controls, and CAPA activities
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards
• Coordination with QC and production teams for batch release
• Participation in internal audits and regulatory inspections

QC Reviewer – Quality Control Department

• Review of analytical data, COAs, and laboratory documentation
• Ensuring compliance with ALCOA+ and data integrity principles
• Oversight of HPLC, GC, and wet analysis documentation
• Supporting investigations, OOS, and audit responses

QC Officer / QC Chemist

• Routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
• Operation and calibration of analytical instruments
• Preparation of test reports and logbooks
• Adherence to GMP and laboratory safety practices

Warehouse Assistant

• Handling inward and outward material movements
• Inventory management and documentation
• Compliance with GMP and warehouse SOPs
• Coordination with QA/QC for material status control

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Requirements

• Quality Assurance / Quality Control Roles: B.Sc, M.Sc (Chemistry), Diploma in relevant discipline
• Warehouse Assistant: Any Graduate or High School Pass

Relevant courses include:
B.Sc Chemistry, M.Sc Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Diploma in Chemical Engineering, B.Pharmacy-related analytical programs

Experience Criteria

• Officer QA: Minimum 2 years
• QC Reviewer: Minimum 5 years (Male candidates preferred as per requirement)
• QC Officer / Chemist: Minimum 1 year
• Warehouse Assistant: Minimum 1 year

Pharmaceutical or chemical industry experience is mandatory for all roles.

Location & Salary

• Job Location: GIDC Ankleshwar, Bharuch District, Gujarat
• Salary Range:
  • Officer QA: Up to ₹3 LPA
  • QC Reviewer: Up to ₹5 LPA
  • QC Officer / Chemist: ₹2 – ₹3.5 LPA
  • Warehouse Assistant: ₹2 – ₹3 LPA
