Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Production Chemist (10 Openings)

  • Support manufacturing operations in the API & fine chemicals unit.
  • Execute production processes under cGMP guidelines.
  • Ensure batch documentation, process compliance, and adherence to SOPs.
  • Monitor equipment performance and ensure safety standards.

2. R&D Chemist (8 Openings)

  • Conduct experiments in organic synthesis and product development.
  • Support analytical method development and validation.
  • Prepare lab reports, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with senior scientists for process optimization.

3. Team Leader – R&D (5 Openings)

  • Lead a team of chemists in developing new chemical entities.
  • Supervise complex organic synthesis projects.
  • Guide troubleshooting, method optimization, and technology transfer.
  • Coordinate with QA, QC, and production teams for smooth project execution.

Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Production Chemist: B.Sc. Chemistry (Freshers welcome)
  • R&D Chemist: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry with 1–5 years’ experience
  • Team Leader – R&D: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry with 5–12 years’ experience

Relevant courses: B.Sc. Chemistry, M.Sc. Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Applied Chemistry.
