Are you an experienced pharmaceutical manufacturing professional with hands-on expertise in nasal filling processes? Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories invites applications for the position of Team Member – Manufacturing (Nasal) for its Pydibimavaram (Vizag) location. Job Description: Team Member – Nasal Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
Manufacturing Operations:
- Operate nasal filling machines (Groninger, Optima, Snowbell)
- Manage compounding vessels, CIP & SIP operations
- Handle filling lines, leak testers, and bottle/tube packaging systems
- Execute batch manufacturing and packaging activities
- Maintain product quality following cGMP standards
Documentation and Compliance:
- Prepare and review BMRs, BPRs, and logbooks
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory protocols
- Coordinate incident investigations and process order generation
People and Process Management:
- Guide and mentor production staff
- Coordinate with QA for process improvements
- Support LMS-based training initiatives
Qualifications and Eligibility
Educational Requirements:
- BPharm / MPharm or relevant life sciences qualification
Experience:
- 3–6 years in nasal manufacturing or OSD production in a regulated environment
Technical Skills:
- Experience with nasal filling equipment (Groninger/Optima/Snowbell)
- Knowledge of compounding vessels, CIP/SIP, leak testing
- Strong process understanding and communication skills
