Job Role & Responsibilities
We are hiring for Team Member Quality Roles across multiple departments:
Development Quality Assurance
- Work in drug substance, drug product, and analytical QA.
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.
Drug Substance Quality Assurance
- Handle in-process QA for drug substance manufacturing (upstream & downstream).
Quality Control – Bioassay
- Perform cell-based bioassays, SPR, and FACS techniques.
ASAT – Biosimilar
- Manage analytical method transfers, validations, real-time investigations, annual method performance, and regulatory query handling.
Quality Assurance Associate – AUM (Environmental Monitoring)
- Conduct environmental monitoring, cleanroom and process gases monitoring, and personnel qualification.
Quality Control – Molecular Biology
- Execute SDS-PAGE, ELISA (HCP, PAL), CELL assays, RT-PCR.
Quality Control – Analytical
- Perform chromatography (RP-HPLC, Glycan, SEC, IEX, PepMap).
- Conduct analysis in QC analytical labs for biosimilars/biologics.
Quality Control – RM/PM
- Analyze raw and packaging materials.
- Apply GLP practices and safety standards.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Education: B.Tech or Master’s in Biotechnology, Microbiology, or Biochemistry.
- Experience: 3–10 years in QA, QC, or related functions.
- Key Skills: Strong analytical techniques, GMP/GLP compliance, regulatory exposure, and teamwork.
