1. Production (Injectable Unit – Sanand / Mehsana)
Positions: Executive / Officer / Operator
Experience: 1 to 7 years
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / B.Sc / Diploma / ITI
Key Responsibilities:
- Batch Manufacturing and QMS documentation
- Leak Test, Skid Operations, Filling, and Vial Washing
- Handling Isolator and VHP-based Filling Areas
- Exposure to complex injectables and aseptic operations
2. Production (OSD Unit – Surendranagar)
Positions: Executive / Officer / Operator
Experience: 1 to 5 years
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc / B.Pharm / Diploma / ITI
Key Responsibilities:
- Granulation, Compression, and Coating Operations
- Primary and Secondary Packaging
- Blister Labeling and Track & Trace Systems
- Visual Inspection and Machine Handling
3. Quality Assurance / Quality Control
Positions: Executive / Officer
Experience: 1 to 7 years
Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc / M.Pharm / B.Pharm
Key Responsibilities:
- Operation of analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, ICP-OES, LC-MS/HRMS
- Analysis of finished products as per GLP & QMS
- Exposure to LIMS, Auto Titrator, Malvern Particle Size Analyzer, and Zetasizer
- Documentation as per cGMP and regulatory compliance
4. Projects / Engineering
Positions: Executive / Officer / Technician
Experience: 2 to 8 years
Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma / ITI
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Qualification of HVAC and Utility Systems
- Preparation of BOQ, SAP-based Material Management
- Designing and Execution using AutoCAD
- Process Equipment Qualification & Maintenance
5. Plant Maintenance / Utilities / HVAC / EMS / BMS / Electrical / Instrumentation
Positions: Executive / Officer
Experience: 3 to 10 years
Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Sc
Key Responsibilities:
- Validation & Equipment Qualification
- Handling of IPQA, AQA, APQR & QA Training Modules
- Exposure to Caliber LIMS and QMS documentation
- Managing plant utilities and preventive maintenance
