Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Officer – Packing, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee packing operations for semi-solid formulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing packing operations for creams, ointments, and gels.
- Operating and managing packing lines (laminated/aluminum tubes, jars, and related machinery).
- Conducting in-process checks and ensuring line clearance.
- Preparing and maintaining batch packing records.
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP and international regulatory standards (USFDA, MHRA, EU GMP).
- Coordinating with QA, QC, and Production departments for smooth operations.
- Supporting troubleshooting and implementing process improvements.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm (Pharmacy, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences).
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical packing operations.
- Key Skills:
- Hands-on knowledge of semi-solid packing lines.
