Job Role & Responsibilities
Position: Analytical Chemist / Senior Analytical Chemist
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Post‑Graduate in Science (M.Sc or equivalent)
Experience: 2–5 years
Core Expertise Required: LC‑MS/MS, HPLC, UV, GC‑MS/MS
What you will do:
- Lead and execute analytical method development and validation for small molecules and related matrices using LC‑MS/MS, HPLC, UV and GC‑MS/MS.
- Perform sample preparation, instrument operation, troubleshooting and routine maintenance to ensure reliable data generation.
- Interpret analytical data, prepare technical reports, and present results to project teams.
- Follow and contribute to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), analytical protocols and quality documentation to ensure traceable data and audit readiness.
- Participate in method transfer and cross‑laboratory validation projects.
- Support stability studies, impurity profiling and method robustness evaluation.
- Maintain calibration and verification records for instruments; coordinate with service engineers for preventive maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure strict adherence to GLP/GMP practices and data integrity principles (ALCOA+).
As a Senior Analytical Chemist, you may also:
- Mentor junior analysts and guide them in best practices for sample handling and instrument techniques.
- Drive improvements in laboratory workflows and propose optimization for throughput and data quality.
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams (R&D, QC, Production) and participate in technical reviews.

Eligibility / Qualifications
