Executive – Quality Assurance: Role Overview

As an Executive – Quality Assurance, you will play a critical role in ensuring that pharmaceutical products meet the highest quality and regulatory standards. This position is ideal for B Pharm graduates looking to apply their academic knowledge in a practical, high-impact setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Issuance and management of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), and Cleaning records.

• Overseeing finished goods (FG) sampling, product label, and seal verification during dispatch.

• Ensuring document readiness for regulatory audits and participating in dispatch activities.

• Managing packing and repacking of intermediates and APIs as required.

• Issuing product labels based on production requisitions.

• Reviewing BMRs, BPRs, and Equipment Cleaning Records (ECRs) for accuracy and compliance.

• Verifying completeness of various logbooks in the QA section.

• Monitoring storage conditions and labeling of materials to prevent contamination or cross-contamination.

• Ensuring deviations are reported in real-time and SOP compliance is maintained on the shop floor.

• Identifying and reporting potential contamination risks, unsafe conditions, and incidents to superiors.

• Supporting the work of senior staff in their absence and handling additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Eligibility

Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B Pharm) is mandatory. Candidates with M.Pharm or equivalent qualifications are also encouraged to apply

Experience Required:

• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance are eligible. Prior experience in QA, regulatory compliance, or manufacturing documentation is an advantage

Skills and Attributes:
