Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance (QA) – Executive

• Qualification: M.Sc
• Experience: 5–8 years
• Key Skills: Quality Management System (QMS), documentation, CAPA handling, audit compliance, and SOP implementation.

2. Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) – Officer / Sr. Officer

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
• Experience: 3–5 years
• Key Skills: EHS systems, risk assessment, incident reporting, safety training, and compliance with environmental regulations.

3. Production – Officer / Sr. Officer

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc
• Experience: 2–5 years
• Key Skills: Hands-on experience in tablet/capsule manufacturing, granulation, compression, coating, and packaging. Knowledge of cGMP and in-process checks.

4. Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL) – Officer

• Qualification: M.Sc
• Experience: 2–4 years
• Key Skills: HPLC method validation, analytical method development, stability studies, and impurity profiling.

5. Engineering – Fitter, Utility Operator, Electrician

• Qualification: ITI
• Experience: 4–6 years
• Key Skills: Plant maintenance, utility operations, HVAC systems, electrical maintenance, and PLC troubleshooting.

6. IT (Hardware/Networking) – Officer

• Qualification: BCA
• Experience: 3–5 years
• Key Skills: Network support, system administration, hardware installation, and software troubleshooting.

7. Microbiology – Officer

• Qualification: M.Sc
• Experience: 3–5 years
• Key Skills: Environmental monitoring, sterility testing, microbial analysis, and validation of microbiological methods.
