Position: Executive – Quality Assurance (QA)

Key Responsibilities
Document Management
- Prepare and review SOPs, protocols, and other cGMP documents.
- Ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Manage issuance, control, and retrieval of documents and SOPs.
Quality and Compliance
- Review and manage Change Controls, Deviations, CAPA, OOS, and OOT reports.
- Participate in internal audits, maintain and review audit reports, and ensure CAPA implementation.
- Ensure department activities comply with cGMP standards.
Training and Records
- Maintain and organize training records.
- Issue and maintain QA SOP master copies.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Pharmacy (B Pharm/M.Pharm)
- Pharmaceutical Sciences
Experience Required
- Prior experience in Quality Assurance within a pharma manufacturing setup.
- Hands-on experience with SOPs, deviations, internal audits, and documentation is preferred.
