Job Role & Responsibilities

Position: Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
Department: Analytical Research & Development (R&D)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct analytical testing and compound analysis using advanced instruments such as HPLC, ICP-OES, and UV-Vis Spectrophotometer.
• Perform classical analytical methods (acid-base titration, complexometric titration, etc.).
• Coordinate daily laboratory activities and collaborate with senior scientists.
• Maintain accurate documentation and generate technical reports from experimental outcomes.
• Follow laboratory safety and good laboratory practices (GLP) at all times.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

• M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
  (Relevant courses: Industrial Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Analytical Techniques, Biochemistry, Laboratory Sciences)

Experience:

• Freshers can apply for Research Associate positions.
• 2–3 years of laboratory (R&D) experience preferred for Senior Research Associate roles.
