Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC – Chemical & Microbiology)

• Perform sample testing for raw materials, finished products, and stability samples
• Handle analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, and other QC equipment
• Conduct instrument calibration and maintenance
• Perform microbiological testing including EM monitoring and GPT
• Execute disinfectant efficacy studies and microbial limit testing

Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL – Injectable)

• Develop and validate analytical methods for injectable products
• Perform method transfer and analytical documentation
• Support regulatory submissions with validated analytical data

Production (Injectable & Ophthalmic)

• Operate and manage injectable and ophthalmic manufacturing lines
• Handle ampoule filling lines, filtration skid systems, and sterile processes
• Participate in plant setup, installation, and commissioning activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP and sterile manufacturing practices

Engineering & Utilities

• Maintain HVAC systems, water systems, and utilities
• Handle electrical and instrumentation maintenance activities
• Ensure smooth plant operations and preventive maintenance

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Manage QMS documentation and compliance activities
• Support validation, qualification, and audit readiness
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and SOPs

HR & Admin

• Manage recruitment, payroll, compliance, and documentation
• Coordinate HR operations within manufacturing setup

Eligibility / Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• M.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, ITI, Diploma (Electrical/Electronics), MBA (HR), MSW
• Relevant Courses: Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Industrial Pharmacy, Analytical Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs

Experience Required

• Fresher to 8 years depending on role

Key Skills

• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in sterile or injectable manufacturing (preferred)
