Position Overview
We are currently hiring Senior Executive / Assistant Manager in the Formulation Development (Solid Orals) department. This opportunity is ideal for those with a background in B Pharm, M.Pharm, or MSc (Pharmaceutics) and 6 to 10 years of hands-on R&D experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop solid oral dosage forms including tablets and capsules.
- Execute scale-up, exhibit, and validation batches in coordination with production and QA teams.
- Preparation of development reports, protocols, and technical justifications.
- Exposure to USFDA, MHRA, and EU submission requirements.
- Knowledge of QbD, DoE, and ICH guidelines.
Qualification & Skills
- Educational Background: B Pharm / M.Pharm / MSc (Pharmaceutics preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 6 years, up to 10 years in solid oral R&D
- Strong documentation skills (QMS, development reports, and regulatory compliance)
- Proficiency in working with formulation development equipment (e.g., RMG, FBD, tablet compression, coating machines)
