Job Roles & Responsibilities
The Mega Apprentice positions offer candidates exposure to the following key functions:
Production Department
- Participate in manufacturing operations under supervision.
- Learn and assist in aseptic processing and injectable production.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow SOPs for equipment handling and line operations.
- Assist in the monitoring of production schedules and workflow.
- Gain hands-on experience in GMP-compliant manufacturing.
Quality Assurance (QA) Department
- Support quality control and documentation activities.
- Assist in batch record review and verification.
- Participate in sampling, testing, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Learn processes related to validation, calibration, and quality audits.
- Understand and implement GMP guidelines in daily operations.
These apprenticeship roles provide an excellent foundation for a career in pharmaceutical production and quality management.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Background: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc (Chemistry) from 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 pass-outs.
- Experience: Freshers without any prior work experience.
- Other Criteria: Candidates must not be enrolled under ESIC & EPF.
