Global Calcium is hiring freshers for its API Production department at Sipcot Phase-I, Hosur. Job Role & Responsibilities
API Production – Freshers
- Support daily API manufacturing activities under supervision.
- Learn and perform raw material handling, charging and basic unit operations.
- Assist senior operators in running equipment such as reactors, centrifuges and dryers.
- Follow SOPs, safety instructions and cGMP practices throughout production.
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas and comply with documentation requirements.
- Participate in on-the-job training to understand process control, batch execution and plant operations.
These responsibilities provide foundational experience in bulk drug processing, equipment handling and regulated API production.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Qualification: Diploma (Chemical), B.Sc Chemistry, B.Tech Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: Freshers only.
- Strong interest in chemical/pharma manufacturing.
- Willingness to work in shifts and learn industrial operations.
Relevant courses (comma-separated): Diploma Chemical Engineering, B.Sc Chemistry, B.Tech Chemical Engineering, Industrial Safety Certification, GMP Training, API Manufacturing Basics.
