Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Officer/Executive in the Production team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across different manufacturing stages. Your responsibilities may include:
- Monitoring production processes and ensuring adherence to SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
- Supervising and coordinating daily manufacturing activities.
- Maintaining quality standards during production.
- Ensuring timely completion of batch manufacturing records.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Adhering to safety standards and protocols in the workplace.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry, B.Sc Chemistry, or Diploma in Chemical Engineering. (Relevant courses include Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry.)
- Experience Required: 3–6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup.
- Other Requirements:

- Strong understanding of cGMP, regulatory guidelines, and production processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
