Role Overview

Production Executive / Shift Incharge
â–º Division:
Nutra/Pharma Manufacturing (Unit I & II)
â–º Job Location:
Hosur, Tamil Nadu
â–º Experience Required:
5 to 7 Years
â–º Educational Qualification:
- BSc. in Chemistry
- MSc. in Chemistry
- B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
â–º Production Operations
- Monitor and control daily operations in the Nutra/Pharma production units.
- Handle key manufacturing equipment like Reactors, Centrifuges, Crystallizers, FBD, etc.
â–º Quality and Compliance
- Ensure adherence to GMP standards and SOPs.
- Maintain records and conduct in-process quality checks.
â–º Process Improvements
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with quality and maintenance teams to optimize performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 5–7 years in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Skillset: Equipment handling, team coordination, report documentation.
- Advantage: Familiarity with FDA/MHRA compliance processes is a plus.
