Job Role & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be part of the OSD Formulations Production team and will be responsible for executing day-to-day manufacturing operations in compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Open Production Roles

Granulation / Wurster Coating Operator

• Operation of RMG, FBP, FBD, Wurster coating systems, and roll compactor
• Material handling, in-process checks, and documentation

Compression Operator

• Operation of tablet compression machines including Hata, Fette, Korsch, Sejong, Killian, and Cadmach
• Monitoring tablet parameters and ensuring batch consistency

Coating Operator

• Hands-on experience with Ohara, Glatt, ACG Smart, Gansons, and Bectochem coaters
• Film coating process control and GMP documentation

Capsule Filling / Inspection Operator

• Operation of AF90T, AF150T, ZRO 200, TTS, Hartnett machines
• Capsule inspection, printing, band sealing, and checkweighing using ACG, Sensum, Tam Print, and Pressfit systems

Bottle / Blister Packing Operator

• Handling blister cartonators, Uhlmann, BQS, IMA PG, bottle packing lines
• Exposure to CVC, Pharmapack, Countec, and labeling machines

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required education includes:

• ITI
• Diploma
• D.Pharm
• B.Sc

Experience:

• 2 to 6 years of relevant OSD formulation production experience

Candidates currently working under NAPS, NATS, or Technical Contract Services with formulation exposure are also eligible.
