Job Role & Responsibilities
QA – OSD Formulations (Executive Level)
- Execute IPQA activities across compression, granulation, coating, and packing areas.
- Support validation activities including equipment qualification and process validation.
- Handle AQA activities as per internal quality systems.
- Review batch records, logbooks, and production documents for GMP compliance.
- Perform line clearance, in-process checks, and material reconciliation.
- Support deviation handling, change control, and CAPA coordination.
- Assist in internal and external audit readiness.
- Maintain GDP-compliant documentation and electronic records.
These responsibilities help strengthen manufacturing control, reduce quality risks, and ensure robust batch compliance for global markets.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Accepted Academic Backgrounds
- B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc
- Useful academic courses: Pharmaceutical Analysis, Industrial Pharmacy, Quality Assurance, GMP Principles, Solid Dosage Technology.
Required Experience
- 2 to 5 years in OSD formulation QA.
- Strong knowledge of IPQA, process validation, AQA, and quality documentation.
Additional Requirements
- Must have OSD formulation experience.
- Should be willing to work in shift operations.
